On the 6th of May, the Student Hub (located in the Faculty of Medicine building, Campus I) will host the second meeting of the Open Science Communities at the University of Coimbra (UC).

After the first meeting, held on the 23rd of May 2023, with the theme "Open Science Communities in Rómulo", which focused on structures and services, the second edition aims to broaden the initial scope and give full visibility to Open Science at UC, sharing innovative practices, projects and reflections, as well as promoting knowledge and collaboration.

Delfim Leão, UC Vice-Rector for Culture, Communication and Open Science, will open the session at 9 am, followed by two talks by Caroline Delmazo (OPERAS/GraspOS) and Maria Vicente (Open Science Platform - Municipality of Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo). The rest of the day will be filled with presentations and various workshops.

Attendance is free, but registration is required. You can register here.
