Election of the UC Rector for the 2023-2027 term: Public hearing takes place Monday at the Rectory Auditorium

The public hearing of the only candidate for the office, Amílcar Falcão, will take place next Monday, the 30th, starting at 9:30am, at the Rectory Auditorium. (The session will be conducted in Portuguese).
The public hearing will have a duration of 1h30, with the candidate having up to thirty minutes to present the action programme and one hour for its discussion - with thirty minutes for questions (asked exclusively by the members of the General Council of the UC) and thirty minutes for answers by the candidate.
The public session, open to the entire university community and broadcast live on the Youtube channel of the University of Coimbra, will be followed by the private hearing by the members of the General Council, starting at 11.30am.
The election of the Rector of the University of Coimbra will take place in a plenary meeting of the General Council, scheduled for the 6th of February.
