"UC By Night": the guided visit you do not want to miss
Saturday evenings at the University of Coimbra take on new life between the 15th of July and the 2nd of September with the "UC By Night" programme of evening visits.

The University of Coimbra opens its doors once again for a unique experience during warm summer nights. The "UC By Night" initiative is back on Saturdays, from the 15th of July to the 2nd of September.
The programme includes a guided night tour of the most iconic spaces of the UC, starting with the University Palace, St. Michael's Chapel, and the Noble Floor of the Joanina Library. Throughout the tour, visitors will learn about the history of the University, filled with curious facts and memorable moments.
"UC By Night" also includes a visit to the University Tower, where visitors can enjoy an amazing view of the city of Coimbra. The three-hour visit ends with a Fado de Coimbra show.
